To better implement lean management and improve operational skills, we conduct training sessions for our staff on regular inspections of workshop hygiene and equipment maintenance.
Our company has rich experience exporting brined porcini mushrooms, brined pholiota nameko mushrooms and other brined edible mushrooms, and we regularly record the inspections of food ingredients and salinity standards, and check whether there is any deterioration or bad smell and whether the storage temperature is up to standard. In the workshop, we should also regularly record the maintenance of equipment and facilities, and check whether the containers, tools and equipment for storing, transporting and loading and unloading food are clean to meet the requirements of product characteristics. In addition, we always ensure the marking information on the outer packaging of the products after filling the barrels is clear and the storage area is not contaminated, etc.
For this training, our staff studied carefully and sought advice in a good spirit. Through training and learning, we have greatly benefited and improved our cognitive and operational skills, respectively. We will build on our strength to increase our export capacity for salted edible mushroom products.
